Who is Kim Payton?
Dr. Payton is board certified in industrial organizational psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He specializes in applying cutting edge psychological methods to the improvement of quality, performance, and productivity in organizations nationwide. He teaches executives how to lead, builds bridges between employees and management, and enables organizations to create productive, winning teams.
The first industrial-organizational psychologist licensed in the State of Hawaii, Dr. Payton earned his Ph.D. from the University of Hawaii and conducted cross-cultural research at the East-West Center. He has taught organizational and applied psychology at the University of Hawaii, the University of Michigan, and the University of Southern California.
